Letter to the Editor:
Attention U.S. Capitol Police:
Abbey L. Tereba
U.S. Capitol Police
Protective Services Bureau
Investigations - Threat Assessment Section
Count me in as one of my fellow 330 million Americans who have become increasingly disappointed, disturbed and disillusioned
by the refusal of the United States Capitol Police to arrest even a single person from the management of the FAA for their
role in the murder of 346 people on two recent Boeing 737 Max 8 air crashes.
They claim to be a Federal Agency. The FAA is a Federal Agency that operates in their jurisdiction. Their headquarters are
but a few blocks away from their office.
Los Angeles, Boston, San Francisco, Culver City and Washington D.C. and countless other communities across the county are
requesting some cooperation from the FAA, yet the two leaders who planned this newly implemented Metroplex project refuse
to attend Public Input Sessions, refuse to answer letters, refuse to answer telephone calls etc.
The main culprits are:
Ronald W. Wood. ron.wood.@faa.gov, Ronald.email@example.com. tel: 440-251-0353
James Frank Arrighi. Jim.firstname.lastname@example.org. email@example.com. tel: 202-567-1284.
Dan Elwell, Office of the Administrator (AOA) –, Dan Elwell (Acting) Daniel.Elwell@faa.gov.

The city of Washington D.C. is suing the FAA, yet the United States Capitol Police continue to let the leaders of the FAA
including Dan Elwell, Steve Dickson and all the other leaders walk free despite the fact that they knowingly murdered 346
people in the recent two Boeing 737 Max 8 air crashes.
It is an established fact the FAA is one of the most corrupt and arrogant federal agencies in the swamp called Washington
In the recent Kobe Bryant helicopter crash; as far back as a crash in 2004, the NTSB concluded if terrain awareness and warning
system had been installed, pilots would have been warned in time to prevent hitting the water.
The board recommended the Federal Aviation Administration require the warning systems on turbine- powered helicopters capable
of carrying six or more passengers.
Ten years later, the FAA required such systems on air ambulances but not other helicopters. FAA officials questioned whether
the technology would work on helicopters, which fly lower and could trigger too many false alarms that might detract from
THE NTSB SAID THE FAA’S RESPONSE WAS UNACCEPTABLE BUT DROPPED THE MATTER.
In the Kobe Bryant case, I will bet you dollars to doughnuts somebody is going to charge either the helicopter pilot or the
helicopter facility with negligence and taking an undue risk.
The same can be stated about the plane that dumped hundreds of gallons of jet fuel on a schoolyard full or children just a
couple of weeks ago.
The United States Capitol Police has failed to arrest even a single person from the management of the FAA for their role in
the murder of 346 people on two recent Boeing 737 Max 8 air crashes.
If you wonder why individual citizens like me, and millions of others throughout our country, lose faith in the honesty and
integrity of the politicians and governing class of our country, just look at what is happening in your own city.
The only conclusion a reasonable person can reach is that just as corruption is rampant within the FAA, that same corruption
has engulfed the United States Capitol Police.
