FAA Corrupt Top Level Organization Chart headed by Administrator Daniel K. Elwell
The lack of professionalism perfectly exemplified in the office of the Connecticut Attorney General Office
Re: complaint against the FAA [CTAG-CTAG.FID2295649]
The difference between a POLITICIAN and a PUBLIC SERVANT (Servant of the People) is perfectly exemplified in my email exchange
with Eileen Meskill, Connecticut Assistant Attorney General. If you wonder why many of America's 300 million citizens have
lost faith in our government officials, this is a perfect example. There are millions of other examples in every corner of
this country.
My complaint:
Hundreds of thousands of law abiding, patriotic citizens throughout the country from Connecticut to California and from Washington
State to Florida, are being subjected to the corrupt, non-sensical and vindictive business practices of the FAA. We have
tried to legally reason with the FAA through charts, graphs, data studies, photos, medical data and any other means.
The FAA is a rogue criminal organization that does not seem to want to serve the greater good of the individual American citizen.
Some of the FAA's most egregious violations are taking place not too far from you on Long Island... (see more below)
A politician responds the same way Eileen Meskill does. She passes the buck just like most professional politicians in this
country do.
Dear Mr. Sarkisian,
I am responding to your complaint filed with our office on December 12, 2018. You are asking that we assist you with your
fight against the FAA. Your complaints seem to relate to aircraft flying over your house in Michigan. As an initial matter
it is not clear why you sent this to our office since your property is not located in Connecticut. In any event, our office
only represents state agencies and officials and therefore cannot provide you with any legal advice. I would suggest you
contact your federal representatives. Eileen
A true Public Servant would answer in the following way:
Dear Mr. Sarkisian:
It is most apparent from the multiple forms of data you sent me that the FAA does indeed operate as a rogue organization and
its corrupt business practices are indeed questionable. I notified the Attorney General in the State of Michigan as well
as the Attorney General of United States.
I asked each of them to contact you.
I will follow up with them to make sure they will be able to assist you.
I am sure this unnecessary invasion by the FAA on the civil liberties of the citizens of Great State of Connecticut is just
as egregious.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Subject: Re: complaint against the FAA [CTAG-CTAG.FID2295649]
I reached out to you for the same reason as I reached out to all 49 attorney general office's across the country, as well
as the United States attorney general as well as the FBI, the United States Marshals Service, my governor, my senators and
representative and many, many, others.
Hundreds of thousands of law abiding, patriotic citizens throughout the country from Connecticut to California and from Washington
State to Florida are being subjected to the corrupt, non-sensical and vindictive business practices of the FAA. We have tried
to legally reason with the FAA through charts, graphs, data studies, photos, medical data and any other means.
The FAA is a rogue criminal organization that does not seem to want to serve the greater good of the individual American citizen.
Some of the FAA's most egregious violations are taking place not too far from you on Long Island.
We, the American citizens, are hoping we can find that one courageous public official who will take up our cause. I offered
that opportunity to you. It is obvious you do not feel the need to answer that call for your fellow citizens.
Some public officials want to collect a paycheck. Others want to change the country for the better. Each must make their
individual decision. It has become very obvious to many of us ordinary citizens across the country who are fighting this
fight, that if we are going to be able to live the American dream of peace, prosperity and happiness, we are going to have
to fight legally as individuals.
Too many of our public officials have disappointed us. Too many of us have lost our trust in our public officials and agencies.
I suggest you read the study I linked below. After reading the study, if you still feel the FAA serves the everyday American
citizen, then there is nothing I can say to you that will convince you otherwise.

A failed FAA nextgen program
My letter to Attorney General Office:
Prosecute the rogue criminal activities of the FAA Leadership (Federal Aviation Administration), Ronald Wood (Ohio office),
James Arrighi (Wash. D.C. office)
Formal written charges registered with FBI for rogue criminal activities of FAA Leadership, Ronald Wood (Ohio} and James Arrighi
(Wash D.C.)
Dear Sir/Madam:
I strongly believe the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), and Ronald Wood/James Arrighi in particular, are guilty of violating
the RICO act. Section 6.18.1962C-3 RICO – “Engaged in, or the Activities of Which Affect, Interstate or Foreign
Commerce”
I encourage you to read my entire letter to understand why I believe this to be true. As the bottom of this message I referenced
many, many published newspaper articles where people, groups, cities, states have had similar problems dealing with the uncooperative
arrogance of the FAA.
If you read my letter you will know that I have had zero cooperation from my Representatives (David Trott) and Senators (Gary
Peters and Debbie Stabenow).
I wrote to the largest three newspapers in every state. I wrote to every governor in every state. I wrote to every attorney
general in every state. I wrote to every city council/government surrounding Metro Airport, and my city of Highland, Michigan.
I have been lied to and stabbed in the back by people at the FAA. Not a single person in any government in any of our 50
states is willing to help.
The FAA seems to be a rogue organization that does not have to account for its actions or report to any person or any agency.
The FAA is a rogue criminal organization.
You have an opportunity to help your fellow 300 million Americans.
Ordinary citizens like me take on the task of cleaning up the corruption in our government.
I have been advised by the Attorney General of Utah to contact the FBI.
I included the email conversation I had with the Attorney General of Ohio.
I can provide you with three years worth of emails, pictures, data etc.
I cut and pasted certain parts of this message to the appropriate area I am discussing. You may see duplicates of the same
statements.
Please visit me at my house so I can show you exactly the situation I am dealing with. Thank you.
Sincerely,
George Sarkisian

These crimes originated in Ohio at the offices of the Flight Standards office of the FAA, probably the Cleveland branch.
Ronald Wood is the person who routed the planes directly over my house. As you can read in my letter, I met with him on two
separate occasions and he assured me I would be pleased with the results of the new flight plans. Instead of coming over
my house directly on a north to south basis, I get the full brunt of all planes coming on a northwest to southeast pattern
toward Metro airport.

6.18.1962C-3 RICO – “Engaged In, or the Activities of Which Affect, Interstate
or Foreign Commerce” Defined
The second element the government must prove beyond a reasonable doubt for the offense charged in Count (no.) is that the
enterprise was engaged in interstate (or foreign) commerce, or that the enterprise’s activities affected interstate
(or foreign) commerce. This means the government must prove that the enterprise was involved in or affected in some way trade,
or business, or travel between two or more states (between a state and a foreign country).
An enterprise is engaged in interstate (or foreign) commerce when it is itself directly engaged in the production, distribution,
or acquisition of services, money, goods, or other property in interstate (foreign) commerce.
Alternatively, an enterprise’s activities affected interstate (foreign) commerce if its activities in any way interfered
with, changed, or altered the movement or transportation or flow of goods, merchandise, money, or other property between or
among two or more states (between a state and a foreign country). The government must prove that the enterprise’s activities
had some effect on commerce, no matter how minimal or slight. The government need not prove that (name) knew that the enterprise
would engage in, or that the enterprise’s activities would affect, interstate (foreign) commerce. The government also
need not prove that (name) intended to obstruct, delay or interfere with interstate (foreign) commerce, or that the purpose
of the alleged crime generally was to affect interstate (foreign) commerce. [May be given if relevant: Moreover, you do not
have to decide whether the effect on commerce was harmful or beneficial.]
In addition, the government does not have to prove that the pattern or the individual acts of racketeering activity themselves
affected interstate (or foreign) commerce. Rather, it is the enterprise and its activities considered as a whole that must
be shown to have that effect. On the other hand, this effect on interstate (or foreign) commerce may be established through
the effect caused by the pattern or the individual acts of racketeering activity.
